工学府応用化学専攻2年の喜多村真衣さんが、2025年5月30日にThe 19th International Symposium on Macrocyclic and Supramolecular Chemistry in conjunction with 9th NanoLSI Symposium「ISMSC 2025 Poster Award」を受賞しました。

■受賞概要
●テーマ：「Protein Folding Promotion in Highly Condensed Conditions by Redox- active Micelles」
●内 容：バイオ医薬品は、タンパク質を主な成分とし、糖尿病やがんの治療に使われています。薬を効率よく作るには、変性したタンパク質を正しい立体構造へと折り畳むことが重要です。興味深いことに、今回、変性剤に特定の構造を導入することで、高濃度でもタンパク質を水に溶かしつつ、正しい構造に折り畳むことを実現しました。薬の生産効率化への応用が期待できます。
